F1签证流程

有两种类型的U.学生签证:

步骤2. 财务核实

Regulations require international applicants to document their ability to fully pay 这是他们第一年的学习. You must show adequate funding to cover not only tuition, but also meals, housing, books and insurance. 的 财务证明表格 用于完成此步骤. 学生 can't be issued an I-20 until this step has been completed.

注意: Please read the form carefully and submit all necessary documentation.

步骤3. 签发初始I-20表格

Once Steps 1 and 2 are complete, ISS will use 信息 you provided to issue an “初始”I-20表格.

步骤4. 申请F-1签证

Once you receive the "initial" I-20, you are eligible to apply for the F-1 Student 美国签证.S. 你所在国家的领事馆或大使馆.

注2: 下一阶段学生: If you are a current 克莱顿状态 student who will begin a higher degree level program at 克莱顿状态 (ex: BA to MBA) you will need to provide new/updated financial certification and verification documents before an updated I-20 for your new degree can be issued.

All students are required to attend a 大学 Orientation. 国际学生 are also required to attend the International Orientation/Check-in. 这是两个 different orientation requirements you must complete.

Allow time to arrive on campus, park, and reach the meeting room.

的 meeting will cover important 信息 you are required to understand. 后 the meeting, you will be asked to sign the “International Student Responsibilities 形式”.

No registration or fee is required, only your attendance.
